Can you help me with Calling Card Instructions?
Dialing instructions:
- Dial the Calling Card access telephone number on the back of the calling card.
- Listen for the greeting.
- Enter your 10-digit number on the front of the card (usually your telephone number) and the PIN located on the front of the card.
- Enter the area code and number you wish to call.
How do I know when I've been switched to ACN?
Typically, it takes 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and activated. You may contact ACN Canada Customer Care at 888.383.8226 to determine if you have been switched.
Is there a charge for switching to ACN?
No! There is never a charge for you to switch to ACN.
I have ACN Stand-Alone long distance service. Can I add ACN High Speed Internet service?
