When will I receive my first bill?

Similar to most local phone companies, ACN bills in advance for local phone service. Therefore, you should see your first bill within two weeks of being switched to ACN.

Does ACN pro-rate its service?

Yes. As with most carriers, ACN bills monthly recurring charges one month in advance. On the first invoice, customers who sign up between billing periods will be billed a pro-rated amount for the partial month used, plus the amount for the next full month. This process will be described in further detail on the customers "Understanding Your Bill" insert.
