High Speed Internet Customer Activation
How do I sign up customers to the High Speed Internet service?
High Speed Internet is only available to customers as part of the ACN Local/Long Distance service. Here is how to sign up customers:
- For existing customers: to add High Speed Internet to existing Local service, fill out the High Speed Internet section of the province-specific LOA, or contact Customer Care, at 1-888-383-8226.
- For new customers: fill out a LOA with detailed information for Local service and High Speed Internet services, or contact Customer Activation, at 1-888-257-4545*.
Important note: The representative has to be on the line with the customer at the time of a new phone activation (for Local service).

How can I determine if the High Speed Internet service will be available for my customer?
The availability of the High Speed Internet service will be confirmed during the provisioning process. Representatives can check the status of an order by reviewing their Personal Customer List (PCL) in MyACN for Representatives.
Note: If the customer is ineligible for the High Speed Internet service, the Local portion of the order will be provisioned.
