ACN Toll-Free Services

Calls from Canada are 25^¢ per minute. Calls received from pay phones add 43^¢ per call. You can even transfer your existing toll-free number and take advantage of our great rates.

ACN Calling Cards

There is a 25^¢ surcharge on each ACN calling card call. An FCC mandated surcharge of 43^¢ is assessed for all ACN calling card calls placed from a pay phone. Calling card calls placed to international locations are assessed a $2.50 charge per call.

ACN-2-ACN Free Calling Acceptable Use Policy
ACN-2-ACN Free Calling includes outbound, direct dialed voice calls and is limited to ACN residential customers in Canada and the U.S. only, with typical residential calling patterns as defined by ACN.

For Business Customers:
ACN Business Advantage ACN-2-ACN Free Calling including up to 1,000 free minutes per account, per month, is exclusively available to business customers with a typical business calling pattern as defined by ACN. This service is not available to residential customers or to customers with excessive call behavior, which is to be exclusively determined by ACN and ACN herewith explicitly, reserves the right to determine what constitutes an unacceptable calling pattern. By using our service, you agree to comply with this Policy.

When ACN becomes aware of an alleged violation of its Acceptable Usage Policy, ACN will initiate an internal investigation. During the investigation ACN may restrict the Customer's access in order to prevent further possible unauthorized activity. Depending on the severity of the violation, ACN may, at its sole discretion, restrict, suspend, or terminate the Customer's service.

ACN does not issue service credits for any outages incurred through service disablement resulting from Policy violations nor does ACN accept any responsibility and/or liability in respect of any damages whatsoever incurred due to a violation of this Policy.

Calls to ACN Digital Phone Service customers do not qualify for ACN-2-ACN free calling.

Make calls from virtually anywhere in the country for just 30^¢ a minute. There is a 25^¢ surcharge on each ACN calling card call. ACN High Speed Internet is available in select areas and must be bundled with either an ACN Digital Phone Service or Local and Long Distance Calling Plan. Internet speeds are limited to what is presented to customers after the serviceability verification. Customers will be offered the highest speeds available in their area. A 4-port modem is included at no charge. A separate modem shipping charge will apply.

For customers in ACN/Qwest serviceable areas: In order to sign up for ACN High Speed Internet service you will need to transfer an existing Qwest phone number. ACN High Speed Internet service requires a two-year service agreement.

For customers in ACN/Verizon serviceable areas: ACN High Speed Internet service requires a one year service agreement.

For all current AT&T customers: If you have high speed Internet bundled with your phone service, ACN is not able to transfer AT&T bundled phone and high speed Internet service at this time. Please ensure that you do not have an AT&T bundled service before ordering ACN Local and Long Distance.
