ACN View Restrictions

Compatible smartphone required to download application. ACN View application consumes approximately 3Mb of data usage per 5 minute voice call, and up to 15Mb of data usage per 5 minute video call. Your mobile phone or Internet service provider may subject you to additional charges, depending on your data plan. Contact your service provider for more information. Calls made on Wi-Fi networks typically incur the least amount of data use, place calls on a Wi-Fi network whenever possible. Call Back service can only be used from your registered mobile phone number, which should not have Caller ID blocking enabled. Call Back service may consume minutes from your mobile phone plan, and roaming charges may apply. Contact your mobile provider for more information.

Free calls to Digital Phone Service customers must be made on an ACN View application; free calling applies to U.S. & Canada or International plans only. Calls not made over Wi-Fi may incur data plan charges. The free call can be made to any ACN Digital Phone Service customer who has a Phone Adapter or a Video Phone, however, video calls between the application and ACN Video Phones are not supported. Calls made to ACN Digital Phone Service customers using the Call Back Service will be charged the normal plan rate.
